Grilled Fish Tacos, with Creamy Cabbage Slaw, Guacamole & Sriracha Crema

recipe I found from I think I am going to give this a shot with chicken… I’ll let you know how it turns out.

HomeCookin’ – grilled fish tacos, w creamy cabbage slaw, guacamole & Sriracha crema

Toss small pieces of a firm white flesh fish in flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Saute in a pan or grill on a grill pan for 1-2 mins on each side. Transfer to keep warm on a sheet pan in a low oven.

Toss chopped purple cabbage, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and cilantro with 1 tbsp Mayo, splash of EVOO & juice of half a lime. Season with salt and pepper.

Mash an avocado with fresh cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper.

For the Sriracha crema – mix 1 tbsp Sriracha (or other hot sauce), 1 tbsp mayo, lime juice and 2 tbsp ranch dressing.

Serve the fish with soft flour tortillas, slaw, guacamole and crema.

*This was such an easy dinner to throw together. Fresh, colorful and SOOO tasty.
